Nikki Schmutzler

Nikki ranked in the top one-fourth of area agents in 2022, having closed 19.5 transactions totaling $2.7 million in sales. This hard work earned her a spot among the top half of all agents in the entire Upper Peninsula, too! She holds her real estate licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) professional designation. A resident of Iron Mountain, Nikki and her husband Brad have five children and one grandchild, and when she isn’t involved in their school activities, she enjoys taking mini vacations as a family and working on projects around the house.
