Betsy ranked in the top 3% of area Realtors for 2024, with nearly $11 million in sales and 60 closed transactions. This accomplishment also placed her in the top 8% of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula! She has been active in real estate for more than 25 years, having sold over one thousand properties locally. She is a licensed Realtor in both Michigan and Wisconsin, licensed broker in Michigan, and holds the professional designations ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and certification as a Real Estate Divorce Specialist. Betsy also serves on the Upper Peninsula Realtors’ Board of Directors and was the 2023 Chairperson for RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee). She is passionate about continuing education in the real estate industry and supporting bi-partisan legislation that supports property rights for homeowners everywhere. Betsy resides in Iron Mountain and has a son, Logan, in college. She enjoys skiing, golfing, and playing roller derby in her spare time.
