A consistent top-producer since joining the Stephens team in 2019, Katie takes prides in learning about and implementing the latest in technology when working with both buyers and sellers. A native of Crystal Falls, she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Mississippi. Katie holds her real estate licenses in both Michigan and Wisconsin and earned her e-PRO (Internet Professional) certification and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement from the National Association of Realtors. She regularly attends Michigan Association of Realtors’ state conventions to stay up-to-date on industry trends. In her free time, Katie enjoys volunteering for Northern Lights YMCA and for Dr. John Fornetti’s annual free dental day. She resides in Iron Mountain with her son, Almo.
