Maddy has been active in real estate since 1980 and was former co-owner of Stephens for thirty-five years. She is licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin and also holds the professional designations GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). A lifelong resident of Iron Mountain, Maddy has served as an ambassador for the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce and belongs to Pine Grove Country Club.
