For the seventh year in a row, Ryan earned the No. 1 spot among local Realtors in 2024 with $21.6 million in sales and 84 closed transactions. This success also landed him in the top 1% of all agents in the entire Upper Peninsula! Additionally, Ryan was voted the U.P.’s Best Real Estate Agent for 2021 and 2022 and was named U.P. Businessperson of the Year for 2022 by the Upper Peninsula Business Today publication. A graduate of Ferris State University’s Professional Golf Management program, Ryan holds Broker licenses in Michigan and Wisconsin and professional designations GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification, C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement, and CFSP (Certified Full Service Professional). He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Dickinson Area Economic Development Alliance, is Board President of Mountain View Ice Arena, serves on Marshfield Cancer Clinic’s philanthropy group, and is an Ambassador for Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce. Ryan spent 16 seasons officiating D1 college hockey (CCHA & WCHA) and is still a member of the PGA (Professional Golf Association). In his free time, Ryan coaches youth hockey and Little League baseball. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Iron Mountain with their son, Larkin, and daughter, Wynn.
