Stephen ranked in the top 5% of area Realtors for 2024, with $13.3 million in sales and 115 units sold. This accomplishment also placed him in the top 2% of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula! A lifelong resident of Iron County, Stephen attended Gogebic Community College and later graduated from Holloway Institute. He holds his Associate Broker’s license in Michigan and his real estate license in Wisconsin. In 2021, Stephen was featured in the cover story of Top Agent magazine. In 2022, he was named UPAR’s top-producing agent in all of Iron County, Michigan. Stephen resides in Iron River and has been active in area real estate for 11 years.
